JC Atkinson achieved a record month for the number of Reflections Picture Coffins ordered in February 2010. The award winning Coffin manufacturer believes the growing interest in Reflections Picture Coffins – order numbers were 42% higher in 2009 than 2008 - is partly due to Funeral Directors becoming more confident of product quality and turnaround times.
With coffin designs ranging from Harleys to horse racing, Battle of Britain to Bluebells, the options are now only limited by the imagination of the graphic designer and memories of the bereaved. Once the creative team has discussed each client’s specific requirements with the Funeral Director, imagery is sourced, compiled, printed and applied to the coffin, with a usual turnaround time of two to three days. Funeral Directors are provided with a full computer generated mock up of the coffin, before it is produced.
Each Reflections picture coffin is Forest Stewardship Council accredited and in keeping with its environmental ethos, Atkinson’s print the design on biodegradable paper rather than on vinyl wrap.
